A fully licensed contractor across seven trades and holding a Certificate IV in Building and Construction, Heath has dedicated his career to mastering the property lifecycle from the ground up. He built and led a nationally recognised contracting company operating across Victoria and Western Australia—organically grown and offering services in electrical, plumbing, air-conditioning, roofing, gas fitting, solar power, renovations, excavation, and under-road boring. Every job was delivered with a sharp focus on quality, compliance, and customer satisfaction.
Alongside his success in construction, Heath has also made his mark in student accommodation, NDIS housing, and property development—bringing a strategic, solution-focused mindset to every opportunity. His cross-industry experience enables him to identify potential others often miss and to add genuine value across all aspects of real estate.
